Christmas Speaks to the Evolutionist Michael Bresciani, December 22, 2012

The Big Bang theory recently took a big bang itself at the discovery of a galaxy that is almost all black holes according to scientists at the University of Texas in Austin. The discovery punches some serious black holes in the assumption that the universe developed spontaneously without outside or intelligent intervention.

This is only one of hundreds of new discoveries made by creation scientists in the last few decades that have loaded a preponderance of proof onto the side of intelligent design. So why aren’t evolutionists taking a look see?

Evolutionists operate much like a big city police department without an IA division, (internal affairs) and they will not put watchdogs on their own. It is from this poorly monitored group of scientist, anthropologists, paleontologists’ et al, which produce untested, un-proven and at times unbelievable conclusions, that are marred by the three great P’s, that most of today’s claims regarding origins is made.

The first is ‘prior philosophic postulation,’ a term I probably use too often, but describes a mindset rather than a real scientific discipline based on repeatable, observable and recordable phenomena. What this means is that many conclusions are based simply on deductive reasoning, speculation and glorified guesswork.

The second ‘P’ is without doubt, peer pressure. From the serious or renowned scientists to the average college freshman anyone that comes along with a discovery or just a simple inclination to question the evolutionary model is summarily ostracized. This is the soft explanation, in reality it is more akin to being tarred and feathered and run out of town.

The third ‘P’ is perhaps the worst because it has nothing at all to do with science. Political correctness has crept into the halls of learning for well over a full generation now and has produced a gang of so called empiricists that are more like a group of teenagers, huddling together, to get their story right before being questioned by the authorities. If they all say the same thing it will get them off, they will not have to own up to the truth or any further scrutiny.

Unlike the Bible they have no real historical record to rely upon. Evidence is thin as in the few alleged missing links found instead of the tens of thousands of links that would be available for examination if the Darwinist scheme was true. The three P’s have always produced doubt, but then along comes another preacher/prophet to introduce yet another plausible ‘P’ for people to ponder.

I call it the great error of - the ‘place.’ It is derived from the Christmas story found in the Bible. It is beyond doubt the most often quoted part of the bible during the Christmas season and millions of school aged children could quote it verbatim. The city of Bethlehem is mentioned 51 times in the bible, but the most familiar passage is as follows.

“And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.” (Luke 2: 4-7)

The place Christ was to be born was so well prophesied that when King Herod decided he would try to thwart the birth of the promised Savior he consulted his scribes, who knew every word of the prophets, and they uniformly agreed that the place would be the town of Bethlehem as told by the prophet Micah.

“But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5: 2)

Since Jesus’ stepfather, Joseph, was not a permanent resident of Bethlehem, but eventually returned to Nazareth to carry on his trade as a carpenter; the question of Christ’s place of birth soon became a much disputed contention among both the religious leaders and the common people of the day.

“Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet. Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee? Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was? So there was a division among the people because of him.” (John 7: 40-43)

Many of the religious leaders and the people chose not to believe in Christ in spite of seeing amazing miracles and even some people being raised from the dead, all because they would not review, properly examine or take a moment out of their own lives to uncover a simple, but easily ascertainable fact – the place of his birth.

By mistaking the truth about Christ’s place of birth or the place of his ‘origins’ they rejected both his ministry and purpose. Since he came to die for the sins of the world, what did they miss? In actuality they missed salvation itself, all for careless and totally erroneous posturing due to a “prior philosophic postulation, a politically correct view, and simple peer pressure. What an enormous loss, what a price to pay, just to stay in the mainstream of the prevailing rap of the day.

Is it possible that by not understanding the origins of man and the truth about creation, that Darwinists’ have been leading an entire generation to their own destruction? You can count on it. If the visit of the Savior of the world could be missed because of a simple misunderstanding about the place of his birth where does the enormous mistake about the origins of man end up? According to scripture that place is called a state of strong delusion.

In fact, it is a prophesied surety that in the last days men will be subjected to huge collectively accepted lies, introduced by all three P’s, and a powerful spirit of deception.

“And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” (2Th 2: 11)

Not only does the bible say there actually was a witness to the creation, but that the witness was both co-creator and the purpose for it in the first place. Here is where not only the mistake about his place of his birth is costly, but the greater error of not knowing where he was in the first place comes into play. He was at the creation because he is the reason for the creation. To wit:

“For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.” (Co; 1: 16, 17)

There is yet one more matter of the place that comes into play in order to complete the circle.

He was in the creation in the first place, he was born in Bethlehem in the second place, and now his Holy Spirit resides in the place known as - the heart, for those who choose to invite him into their lives. That is the third and final place.

He has declared that he will inhabit the hearts of the believers, in person, and make it the place of his abode. He has never indicated he would come to primates, Neanderthals or missing links. The only question remaining isn’t about whether there was any room in the inn for Christ, but is there any place for him in your heart.
